Primary Liver Cancer (PLC) is a global health burden, which poorly addressed in developing countries. It ranked the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide, with high incidence rates reported Asia and Africa. Currently, Kenya, there an upward trend PLC cases no confirmed causes. Furthermore, lack sufficient knowledge on prognosis mechanisms PLC, despite some its known risk factors being established. These additional factors, ranging from lifestyle choices to pre-existing environmental concomitants, could actually play role etiology disease yet remain unexplored. Due this, was need evaluating impacts exposure such as pesticides, food contaminated aflatoxin, or harmful cyanobacteria algae blooms regions where endemic. As result, this mini-review, aimed at analyzing relevant epidemiological data primary liver cancer underpinning mechanism action toxin emergent factor Western Kenya.
